When something is not working

A short, specific description helps us understand the problem more quickly. Where possible, include:

• The project and page where the issue occurs
• What you were trying to do
• What happened instead, including the exact message shown
• Whether the issue affects one person or several collaborators
• The approximate time the issue occurred

You do not need to provide a full technical diagnosis. The message you saw and the last few steps before the problem are usually enough to get started.

Sensitive information

Do not send participant content, passwords, access tokens, or other confidential information by email. If we need those details to investigate, we will arrange a suitable and secure way to review them with you.
